Karen Girvan
Karen is an Director in our Conveyancing Department. She deals with Residential Conveyancing but also has experience in Commercial Conveyancing. Karen has experience in drafting Wills, Powers of Attorney, Tenancy Agreements, Guardianships, Executries and in dealing with Family Law.
Hazel Hamilton
Hazel is a Consultant in our Private Client Department and has extensive experience of Wills, Executries and Powers of Attorney as well as the ongoing administration of Trust and Guardianships. She is a tutor in the Private Client Course of the Diploma of Professional Legal Practice at the University of Glasgow and is a member of the Society of Trust and Executry Practitioners (STEP).
Susan Wake
Susan is a Conveyancing Executive with over 35 years experience. She deals with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing including house purchases and sales.
Raymond Francis
Raymond is an Assistant Solicitor in our Conveyancing Department who has experience of dealing with residential conveyancing transactions, such as house purchases and sales, transfers of title and discharges of standard securities.
Gordon Macleod
Gordon is a Consultant in our Conveyancing Department. He deals with Residential and Commercial Conveyancing including the purchase, sale and leasing of commercial properties and house purchases and sales. Gordon also deals with Wills, Executries and Powers of Attorney.
Lyndsey Adam
Lyndsey is a Director in our Conveyancing Department. She deals with Residential Conveyancing (such as house purchases and sales) including properties bought and sold at Auction, Tenancy Agreements and Powers of Attorney and Wills. She also has experience dealing with commercial conveyancing and executries.
Barry Fleming
Barry is an Independent Financial Adviser. He provides impartial and unrestricted advice and assistance in relation to investment matters, wealth management and pension advice. He also deals with obtaining mortgage facilities for purchases and remortgages.
Louise McPhillimy
Louise is an Associate in our Private Client Department dealing with Wills, Executries, Powers of Attorney and the establishment and ongoing administration of Trusts and Guardianships. Louise is also an Associate of STEP.
Aisha Ali
Aisha is an Associate Solicitor in our Conveyancing Department. She deals with Residential and Commercial Conveyancing (including buying, selling and transferring ownership of properties). Aisha also has experience in drafting leases, Wills and Powers of Attorney.
Meghan Tyler
Meghan is a second year Trainee Solicitor working primarily in our Private Client Department dealing with Wills, Powers of Attorney and Executries. Meghan graduated with LLB (Hons) from the University of Strathclyde in 2021 before completing the Diploma in Professional Legal Practice with the University of Strathclyde in 2022. Meghan enjoys working with clients directly and being able to offer solutions and support at potentially difficult times.
Jennifer Cochran
Jennifer is a Director in our Court and Private Client Department. She advises on such matters as the establishment and administration of Trusts, Family Law (Separation, Divorce), Adults with Incapacity Law (such as Guardianships, Intervention Orders and Powers of Attorney), and all other areas of Civil Court Law. Jennifer is an Associate Member of STEP.
Ewan MacPhillimy
Ewan is an Associate dealing Wills, Executries, Powers of Attorney, Inheritance Planning and the establishment and ongoing administration of Trusts and Guardianships. Ewan is also a member of STEP.
Claire Crawford
Claire is an Associate Solicitor in our Conveyancing Department. She specialises in Commercial Property transactions include acquisitions and sale for investment and for owner occupation, commercial leasing, lease management and security work. Claire also has experience in Residential Conveyancing.
Antonia Jones
Antonia is an Assistant Solicitor in our Private Client Department dealing with Will, Executries and Powers of Attorney. She also has experience dealing with residential conveyancing.
